Progress with Weight Watchers & Working Out
Been a while since my last update. I've been doing Weight Watchers at work since the end of September. At the end of October I started walking and running and then in November I began working out. Trainer Joe gave me a workout for Monday through Thursdady that does a total body workout. I got such a kick out of being able to go back to this website and see what I was doing then to what I'm doing now.
As far as the chart goes, I started the Projected Loss line in the middle of October. I'm quite happy to see that I've been able to stay fairly close to that line. The Projected Loss line is a 2 pounds per week loss projection. The Goal Weight is more of a guess than anything else. My main purpose to the whole effort is to be around for a long time to take care of Ashley and my kids.

Day 4 - U. A. E.
Final Amount - Initial Amount = Input - Output + Generation - Consumption. I've got a quite a difference to overcome which means I've got alot of consuming and outputting to do.
Which is a problem cuz I've been hungry! Really it is me getting over being spoiled. I am trying to eat more frequent smaller meals as well as increase my water intake.

Day 3 - I Think I Can - I Think I Can
They say it takes 21 days to form a habit. They say that if you can get your HR at 125 you can run for as long as you like. They say that if you get the right shoe you will have ankle support and that the middle of your foot won't be sore. They say alot...
Meh it'll be alright. Today I had the following:
I am thinking about running to the store to get a gallon of milk, there is a cookie with my name on it.
Today's power walk wasn't all that bad. I did 4 miles while watching Legend of the Seeker Episode 19. Was one of the better episodes. While on the walk for the first 30 min my HR stayed at or below 140. The last 30 min my HR got up to 160. Still got some work to do to get that HR low before I increase my speed. I am wanting to get to 6.0 MPH at 135 HR. This may be an unrealistic goal, but we'll see.

Day 2 - Little Improvement
Doing a bit better today. I saw a reduction of HR to 152 as a plateau. Ash and I went to Academy and got some new shoes. She looked really cute running around Academy wearing her Pink/Brown/Gray polka doted maternity dress and running shoes. She made me promise I wouldn't post the picture; however, if I get enough comments I may just have to share ;)
I was a bit of a piggy today as far as food goes. No breakfast, but I did eat a 3 finger basket from Cane's, 2 bowls of sausage and chicken gumbo, ice cream and B-Day cookie cake (Happy B-Day Jenna and Patrick), and several cokes and many ice teas. I finished off the day with a more than healthy serving of pizza roles, chocolate pudding, and a glass of water!
